Meeting templates that fill themselves

A meeting template stops being a blank document the moment something fills it in. IronMemo ships five built-in formats - 1-on-1, standup, sales call, sprint review and all-hands - plus custom ones you define once. Each is filled from your own recording, and every line links back to the timecode where it was said.

  • 5 built-in formats
  • Build your own
  • Timecode behind every line

How it works

Three steps from a recording to a filled template.

  1. Record or upload

Join the call with no bot, or upload a file up to 2 GB.

  2. Pick the format

Choose a built-in template or one you built yourself. It applies automatically to every future meeting of that type.

  3. Read it with the sources attached

Every line in the filled template links back to the transcript lines it came from, with timecodes.

What fills itself, and what does not

Nothing here is a guess. A field gets filled when somebody said it out loud in the meeting - and the line carries the timecode where they said it. Judgement, confidentiality and decisions stay with you.

TemplateFills itself
1-on-1 meeting notes templateTopics actually discussed; Blockers as they were raised; Agreements and who committed to them; Follow-ups with owners
Daily standup notes templateWho spoke and what they reported; Blockers, per person; Topics parked for a longer conversation
Sales call notes templateThe pain in the customer's own words, quoted; Named stakeholders and roles; Timeline and next step as they were said; Objections
Sprint review notes templateItems called out as shipped or slipped; Feedback given during the demo; Risks as they were raised; Action items and owners
All-hands meeting notes templateAnnouncements and the order they came in; The Q&A, question paired with the answer given; Anything deferred out loud
Build your own meeting templateWhatever your sections ask for, when it was actually said; The same timecode links as the built-in formats

When you do not need this

If all you want is a blank agenda to fill in by hand, copy the structures above into your notes app and stop there. They are yours - no account, no attribution. A tool only earns its place when the filling in is the part you want back.

Templates, in five questions

Yes. Name the meeting type, list the sections you want and what belongs in each. Save it once and it applies to every future meeting of that type.

No. The transcript stays a verbatim record of what was said. A template only shapes the summary built from it.

Every line in a filled template links back to the transcript lines it came from, with a timecode. A statement without a source is visible immediately, because there is nothing to click through to.

Yes. Copy any structure on this page into your own notes app. They are plain text and they are yours.

The language of the meeting. A call held in Spanish produces a Spanish summary in your chosen format.
