30–45 minutes. Standard structure: 5 minutes on your team's context, 25 minutes on the product (AI agents, knowledge base, governance – depending on your priorities), 10 minutes on questions. If you need a focused session on one topic (for example only SSO and SCIM), say so when you book and we'll tailor it.

No required prep. But if you write down 2–3 questions or scenarios from your team in advance ("integration with HubSpot and Jira matters, show that workflow"), the demo will be more useful. Also: if your team has an IT director with security questions, bring them – we'll show the governance panel.

Yes. The standard practice is a 30-day pilot for 5–10 people. Includes: full Business functionality, CRM and ticket-tracker integrations, a 30-minute onboarding call.
