IronMemo started with a simple frustration: every AI meeting tool worked great for English calls, but accuracy dropped dramatically for Russian, Japanese, and dozens of other languages.
As a product leader working with distributed teams across multiple countries, our founder Igor Saevets experienced this firsthand - important decisions lost in translation, action items missed because the AI couldn't handle code-switching between languages.
In 2026, we built IronMemo with a fundamentally different approach: instead of one AI model for everything, we automatically select the best model for each language.
